OK, something happened so now I can blog. Happy? *grin*
I had to run to Walmart to return some items and pick up a Wii game for DD. Long line at the return counter, that's too be expected. No big deal.
I go back to the video game counter and wait.... and wait... a gentlemen with a video in his hand comes up to counter he also waits... and we're both scanning the aisles for the people that are supposed to be at the counter. Ahah! One comes around the corner and the gentleman (in a fun happy voice) says "Hi! You got some customers over here" Seriously, he said it with a smile and was very pleasant. The worker says to him and me "I'm not the only one working around here."
I'll let that sink in for a moment.
She said to us, customers waiting at the register... "I'm not the only one working around here."
I swear my jaw hit the ground. The gentleman was speechless. I finally recovered and said to her "Well you're the only one we've seen around here. Could you help us?"
Unfrickingbelievable!!!!

Wow! Depending on my mood, I just might have reported that person for having a nasty attitude.
If I had more time, I would have. But I had one more stop to make before getting back to work.
I've had the same issue of missing workers at Walmart. But never quite that attitude.
And they wonder why customers get cranky.
I probably would have walked out.
I just like to say Wii. Isn't Wii one of the electronics that was supposed to be in short supply this year?
Wallmart is evil. Target people were all really nice to me yesterday. And the boys at Dick's too. Shop at Target, Breezy.
The main reason I don't shop there. I can't stand the people that work there - they just don't care.
I had a woman tell me one time that Wal-Mart did not sell Size 4 little boy's underwear, and that she knew they didn't because that was her department. 5 minutes after her "assistance," I found tons of it.
Pbbbbbbbbbbbbt!
Swami, I would have gladly gone to Target. But Target doesn't price match.
I have a $25 gc to spend at Target. Should I use it for Christmas shopping or for myself?
Dilemmas, dilemmas...
While I understand working retail sucks, there's never an excuse for being rude or down to a polite customer. Never.
Are you home yet?
Did you get stuck waaaaaaaaay up there in the snow?
You'd better be at work today!!!!
Hellllllloooooooooooooo!!!
Is anybody home?
I know you're there.......
BREEZY!!!!!!!!!!!
Ahem. I see you in my blog. Why aren't you updating yours?
*stands with hands on hips*
You are starting to irritate me again.
*drums fingers on desk*
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!
You know what I find unfrickingbelievable? That you have not updated today.
I'm going to have to treat you like I did Kim, aren't I?
Well hell. Kim's too busy to help with the irritations. Where's Bravie?
