Greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen Acres

First, I forgot to take pics at the pool party. Sorry. So you'll just have to enjoy pics of my flowers and veggie garden.

I have lots of green tomatoes, the pepper plants have blooms and the spaghetti squash has fruit on it!!!! So excited.

Here's Farmer P's chickens, well some of his chickens. We have quite a few now. I just mainly took pics of the two big roosters. Aren't they pretty? We're getting 2-3 eggs a day now. Can't wait for the young hens to start laying. I'll have to sell the eggs then. *grin*

I can't imagine how much time that took to plant all those flowers! Did Ayla help? I did 2 flats this weekend and was pooped! Of course I'm anal and used root starter in each hole so that was extra work.

My lilies are all starting to bloom. I love lilies best, so I run out every day to look at them.

The chickens are cool! How fun to go look for eggs each day.

It really is all very pretty. Nice roosters!

My neighbor is letting me water her garden for her this week with instrucitons to take anything that has ripened. I don't know that anything is even close. I was really craving some Hanover Tomatoes. *pout*

Thanks Momma, I'm really enjoying it. I sit in the chairs that I drug in there and just smile at all the pretty flowers.

Kimmer, I love playing in the dirt. But I'm not that anal about it. I just dig a hole and stick stuff in. *grin* You and Nolay should stop Sunday and see it in person.

LOL P is having way too much egg hunting. He's going to need a basket soon.

Would it be bad to say "Nice Cocks" to my little country bumpkin friend? *grin

Oh and pretty flowers.

Wow! Cool pics. Maybe you can tell my why my tomatoes are all black on the bottom.

Breezy said...

Too much moisture MTW, your tomatoes are rotting. Nothing you can do to save the ones that are already rotting. Maybe try some mulch to help soak up some of the moisture.

*rolls eyes* I saw that. I thought she left.

I still don't understand the peeps that ignored her inconsistencies in her posts.

Love the pics! I am currently working on de-weeding my garden. So far we have harvested radishes (which I gave away to my boyfriend), lettuce and spinach. Waiting for tomatoes, carrots, onions and cucumbers.

Your boyfriend? Did I miss something?

dragonflies said...

LOL, just kidding. I don't have a boyfriend. Just a friend that is a boy. Well, a few of them. Some friends that are girls too.

Glad to see you pay attention!
