Flowers

My beautiful big basket.

My flower garden, the rock garden next to it needs work.

My wire wagon with some petunias and a mosquito plant.

We have two of these huge hostas in front of the house.

Very nice. You've been a busy little girl. *smooch*

Mosquito plant? *head tilt Is that like a butterfly plant? and if so why do you want to attract mosquitoes?! :)

You're hostas are beautiful. As are your petunias.

I bought more flowers today. *grin* Phil bought me a stack of hanging baskets for a buck, so I had to buy some flats of flowers to fill them. *giggle*

The mosquito plant is a scented geranium, it's citronella scented.

The rock garden has awesome color going on!

Did you guys get hit with bad storms this weekend? Looks like they were bad across the lake, then went north.

Oh, pretty! You gardens look great for this early in the season. I love hanging baskets - so much easier to weed than gardens. As is - you don't even need to weed them!

Those are some huge hostas. I love your little wagon. All of your flowers are purdy.

That first picture confused me. I thought I was in Augie's blog for a minute! *grin* Pretty, pretty Breezy!

I planted hostas, lillies, and some other unknown plants from a coworker on the weekend...in a swarm of blackflies. Unfortunately, in my haste to get out of the bugs I forgot to take pictures. Maybe next weekend.

It's so hard to grow rocks. Keep trying!

*snort* Zombs is funny.

You should see my rocks. Apparently I'm very good at growing rocks. *grin*

Lovely, lovely, lovely.

I like Simon and Garfunkel's song, "I Am a Rock."

I want a white wire wagon.

I wish Breezy would come back and visit me again this summer. I'd even let her bring her gay girl friend along. *grin*

I want Breezy to come plant flowers at my house.

That sounds like code, but really, right now all I have is the dirt garden in the front and the weed garden in the back. Not the good kind of weed, either.

I've never heard of a mosquito plant. Do you have a crazy can collecting weird story wielding homeless person plant? Cuz' I think it's working. . .

Those are my favorite petunias. I have them around the house.

Love your rock garden!

My hostas are getting ready to flower, however what usually happens is the deer nibble them down to stubs. Oh well, I guess the deer need to eat too.
